Generate Report Resources Task
Hi,
I have to generate a report for a website I have web crawled. I do not seem to have the 'Generate Report Resources' Task in my Default Task Library. How do I generate a CA report?
Regards,
Pravin.

The "Generate Report Resources" script is not part of the Default Task Library but the Audit Task Library

Alex,
Thanks. I do not have an Audit Task Library. I'm running the Vamosa Content Migrator Client version V2.13.1 (Server Version V2.13.1). I understand that Vamosa Client Migrator should be able to do Analyser tasks.

Thanks for the Audit Task Library import. I need another task called Standard Metadata Extract. I happened to find out that we have a CA Discovery APL Export, which I could import and which i believe would help me achieve the required steps for the Discovery: "Content Analyzer" Excecution Process. Will this import (CA Discovery) affect the earlier import(Audit Library). Could i just overwrite?

Pravin.

Hi,
If the new import does not include the same libraries and tasks as the initial import, no changes will be lost.
If you have made any changes to previously imported scripts that are included in the new import configuration and you select overwrite in the new import, you will lose all of your changes.

Agreed. I just wanted to know whether there were any conflicts that you know.
Subsequently, I have managed to generate a CA Report using the Standard Audit Report task from the CA Discovery APL Export. However, I get only 3 worksheets viz. 1. Document Control 2. VCA Summary Report and 3. Detailed Object Report.
How do I get the MD5 summary and MD5 Detailed Report too.

Pravin.

Hi Parvin,
The standard APL report only contains the 3 worksheets that you described above. The MD5 report is a custom report which was used only for demonstration purposes during the training course delivered to WTG.
If you are looking to create an MD5 report this will have to be something that you would have to develop within Content Analyzer.

Paul
